We Seek:

5+ years machinery sales experience (plastic extrusion/packaging equipment preferred).
Proven ability to sell high-value capital equipment ($200K-$2M range).
Technical fluency to discuss film thickness control, output rates, and recycling integration.
Fluency in English + 1 additional language (German, Spanish, Vietnamese preferred).
Passion for sustainability in manufacturing.

We Seek:

7+ years engineering experience with blown film extrusion, flexo printing, or bag making machinery.
Expertise in servo systems, PLCs , thermal controls, and pneumatic circuits.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and diagnose IoT-enabled machine data.
Willingness to travel 60%+ (primarily Asia, Europe, Middle East).
Fluent English (technical)
