Combined with micro-adjustable structures, this design enhances thickness consistency across the product, accommodates diverse raw materials, minimizes melt residence time, and achieves high output. The system features user-friendly operation, strong self-cleaning capabilities, and easy maintenance.

The core technology of multi-layer co-extrusion lies in achieving uniform composite distribution across each layer, demanding exceptionally high precision in die channel design and machining accuracy. Jingcheng integrates strengths in mold flow analysis, steel heat treatment, and precision machining to deliver customized solutions tailored to users’ specific production requirements—including material ratios per layer, process temperatures, screw dimensions, and other parameters.

The Siemens integrated system is jointly developed by Chaoxin, Siemens, and Tifini. It has the following functions: Order storage: It can store order information for easy management and retrieval. Panel – based adjustment: The temperature, width, thickness, and formula can be adjusted through the panel. In addition, the panel can control the bubble – stabilizing ring and width measurement.
