Building on Standards, Advancing Toward Excellence | May 6S Evaluation Award Ceremony
To deepen the essence of enterprise management and create an efficient, standardized work environment, the company held the “May 6S Evaluation Award Ceremony” at the workshop’s Lean Training Center on June 18.
The welding team composed of Zhang Qingsong, Chang Yunhua, Xia Yanle, and Zheng Wan duo stood out with outstanding teamwork and was awarded the title of “Champion Team.”
Chairman Fan Zhidong personally presented the team with a honor flag, while Plant Manager Li Yi distributed cash rewards.
Subsequently, team leader Xia Yanle, as the representative, delivered a speech expressing gratitude for the award, sharing the valuable experiences and insights gained during the implementation of 6S.
At the same time, the company organized a “6S knowledge training and examination” for the entire factory. Four employees, Mu Maoxin, Lu Huizhen, Chen Weiguo and Yang Hongqiang, won the top prizes.
After the commendation session concluded, Workshop Manager Li Yi delivered a speech. He expressed his determination to deepen the 6S management, and also called on all employees to work together and continuously improve the standardized management.
Chairman Fan Zhi Dong delivered a concluding speech, highly praising the outstanding performance of the award-winning employees. He also expressed the hope that all employees would resonate with the company at the same frequency and, with higher standards, drive the company to move towards a more standardized and efficient direction.
“The road ahead is long and arduous; I will seek answers from both above and below.” Management has no end point; improvement lies in daily practice. Uexin will continue to implement the 6S concept and, through regular evaluations and awards, steadily promote the long-term development of the company in the process of continuous optimization.
