A US entrepreneur entered the plastic film industry with zero prior experience. Based purely on mutual trust, he placed his first order for 5 blown-film machines — including our newly-developed Twin-Star blown-film machine. With two on-site technical missions from our engineers, he successfully launched production. Highly satisfied with the equipment performance and service, he is now preparing to add two more ABA blown-film machines by the end of this year.

01 STARTING COMPLETELY FROM SCRATCH
This American customer had zero practical experience in plastic film manufacturing when he first reached out to us. Without an existing factory or operating experience, he made his first big investment entirely out of trust in CHAOXIN MACHINERY.
He confirmed an order of 5 blown-film machines, among which was our brand-new R&D product — the Twin-Star blown-film machine.
Starting a film-production business is challenging for a newcomer. It is not only about buying machinery; proper installation, process debugging, operator training and after-sales guidance decide whether the whole factory can really run. We understood his difficulties as a first-time factory owner and committed to walking through every step with him.
02 OUR TWO ON-SITE TECHNICAL MISSIONS
We dispatched our professional technical engineers twice to his US facility. Each team stayed on-site for 30 consecutive days, covering the full scope of work:
- Complete machine assembly and installation
- Production commissioning and bubble-form debugging
- Hands-on operational training for local workers
- Troubleshooting of daily-production issues
- Guidance for routine maintenance
Long-term resident support helped this brand-new factory cross the steep learning curve quickly and start producing steadily in a short time.
03 EQUIPMENT ON THE FLOOR
After commissioning, the machines delivered stable, consistent production performance. His current production fleet runs:
| Equipment | Specification | Quantity |
| ABA blown-film line | ABA 900 mm (three-layer) | 4 sets |
| Twin-connected blown-film line | ABA 1300 mm (incl. Twin-Star unit) | 1 set |
04 ON-SITE PERFORMANCE & CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
Everything runs smoothly in daily manufacturing. The customer witnessed how reliable our machines and support system are for a startup:
- Stable, consistent output and good product quality in day-to-day production
- The customer was delighted with equipment performance and product quality
- He grew heavily reliant on our technical advice
- He gave us plenty of positive feedback on both machines and service
05 NEW ORDER FOR FURTHER EXPANSION
Having proven the profitability of his film-making business, the customer is ready for capacity expansion. He has planned to procure 2 additional sets of ABA blown-film machines by the end of this year.
A repeat purchase from a zero-experience startup speaks volumes: trust, dependable machinery and complete after-sales service are the key pillars for our customers’ growth.
