Half of 2026 has passed. To comprehensively review the work of the first half of the year and clarify the development direction for the second half, on July 28, 2026, Chaoxin held the ‘2026 First Half-Year Departmental Summary Report Meeting’.
The meeting commenced under the chairmanship of Xiao Yan, Human Resources Director of Zhejiang Chaoxin. In her opening remarks, she briefly introduced the overall agenda and participants of the conference, and extended a warm welcome to the guests, General Manager Jiang Wei of Yizu Xiang Company and Business Manager Xue Dijian of Saige Company.
At the meeting, the heads of the core departments of Zhejiang Chaoxin took the stage one by one to give comprehensive reports on their work performance and the achievement of targets in the first half of the year. At the same time, Chairman Fan Zhidong and General Manager Chen Liyu provided professional comments and conducted in-depth analysis of various data, pointing out directions for subsequent work.
Refined management yields remarkable results. The Production and Warehousing Departments have successfully improved the “accuracy rate of accounts, cards, and items” to a high standard of 95% through the optimization of daily operation standards, systems, and processes, as well as verification through spot checks.
To commend excellence, Chairman Fan Zhidong personally took the stage to present honors and cash bonuses to three outstanding employees: Huang Nengzhong, Lu Huizhen, and Zheng Long.
The meeting concluded with important speeches delivered in turn by Jiang Wei, General Manager of Third-Party Zuoxiang Company, Chen Liyu, General Manager of Chaoxin, and Chairman Fan Zhidong.
Full recognition was given for everyone’s efforts in the first half of the year, while at the same time pointing out the current shortcomings and deficiencies. It is hoped that experiences will be carefully summarized, improvements actively made, and the challenges of the second half of the year met with a more rigorous attitude. The purpose of summarizing is for the collective to set off better. In the second half of the year, Chaoxin will surely ride the wind and waves, reaching new heights again!
