To deepen the connotation of corporate management and create an efficient and standardized working environment, on June 18, the company held the ‘May 6S Evaluation Awards Ceremony’ at the workshop Lean Dojo.
The welding team consisting of Zhang Qingsong, Chang Yunhua, Xia Yanle, and Zheng Wandu stood out due to their outstanding teamwork and were awarded the title of “Champion Team.” Chairman Fan Zhidong personally presented the team with an honorary banner, and Factory Director Li Yi issued them a cash reward. 
Subsequently, Team Leader Xia Yanle, as the representative, delivered an acceptance speech and shared the team’s valuable experiences and insights during the implementation of 6S.
During the same period, the company organized a plant-wide ‘6S Knowledge Training and Examination.’ Employees Miao Maoxin, Lu Huizhen, Chen Weiguo, and Yang Hongqiang were awarded for excellence.
After the commendation session, Workshop Director Li Yi delivered a speech. He expressed the determination to deepen 6S management and called on all employees to work together, continuously improving standardized management.
Chairman Zhi Dong Fan delivered a concluding speech, highly praising the outstanding performance of the award-winning employees, and expressed the hope that all employees will resonate with the company, and, with higher standards, propel the company towards a more standardized and efficient direction.
“The road ahead is long and has no ending; yet high and low I will search with determination.” Management has no endpoint, and improvement lies in the daily routine. Chaoxin will continue to practice the 6S philosophy, promoting the company’s long-term development steadily through regular evaluations and awards, and continuous optimization.
