At the meeting, Lin Yong, the ERP project leader, took the lead in presenting the go-live briefing, deeply explaining the core significance of the ‘Top Leader’ project, and demonstrating the subsequent plans for achieving ‘global synchronization of cloud dashboards’ and ‘full lifecycle traceability of materials.’ To ensure a smooth transition, it was clarified that from June 2 to 30, both manual and system ‘dual-track operations’ will be implemented, with the first-week task list issued simultaneously, accurately defining the responsibilities of each department and coordination details.

Oaths resounding · Mission must be accomplished. Under the leadership of General Manager Chen Liyu, all staff stood solemnly and declared their vows with resolute voices, demonstrating their firm determination to advance the project.
The successful implementation of the system cannot be achieved without deep involvement across the entire business chain. In the third session, representatives from each department shared, one by one, their coordination plans for work following the ERP project implementation and their future work planning, based on their own business scenarios.
This enables a comprehensive digital closed-loop across the entire chain, from strict data control in R&D to coordinated planning and procurement, from lean and transparent workshop storage to integrated finance and domestic trade, collectively building a fully connected digital ecosystem.

Subsequently, Chairman Fan Zhidong delivered an important speech, highly recognizing the preparatory work done beforehand. At the same time, he called on all staff to remain calm and tolerant during the initial phase of the launch and to achieve managerial transformation through problem-solving.

“Win the battle at the front, ensure the supply at the rear.” Human Resources Director Xiao Yan promised at the meeting to fully support logistics, and to open a ‘green channel’ for the needs of overtime work and materials during the critical period, providing comprehensive and considerate support.
At the conclusion of the meeting, General Manager Chen Liyu delivered a summary speech. He fully affirmed the active participation of all staff, encouraged everyone to face initial problems directly, communicate proactively, and gradually adapt to the new model. At the same time, he made long-term prospects for future development, envisioning the gradual realization of precise equipment positioning and intelligent analysis of data value.
The road ahead is obstructed and long, but if we move forward, we will eventually arrive; if we persist without pause, the future is promising. The launch of the ERP project is not only a system upgrade but also a profound management transformation. May all members of Chaoxin unite and work together, using the digital engine to drive high-quality development and jointly create a new future of intelligent manufacturing!
